Return, Refund & Exchange Policy | ALMOJAH JEWELLERY LLC

1. Gold Items

All gold jewelry items purchased from ALMOJAH JEWELLERY LLC can be returned within 03 days of the original purchase date and get fully Refund.
If the customer returns the item after 03 days, he or she will receive only the gold price according to the market gold rate at that time.
All gold jewelry items can be Exchanged within 15 days without any deduction.
After threshold days:

1. In Exchange you will get only full current Gold value.

2. In Return, there will be deduction up to 6% in current Gold value.

Items must be in their original condition, including packaging.
Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return.
Items that have been engraved, resized, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
While returning, the gifted items must be returned.
Damaged/broken items will not be Returned/Exchanged.
Items bought from our store will be exchanged with same gold rate without any deduction.
Any purchase product from our store will be repaired life time by showing purchase receipt.
Physical presence is compulsory at the time of Return/Exchange.
Online transactions will be obliged only after the confirmation of the head office.
While refunding, a deduction of 3% to 7.5% will be applied according to the payment method was made during the purchase.

2. Diamond Items

1. In Exchange you will get 75% of receipt value.

2. In Return, there will be deduction of 50% of receipt value.

Items must be in their original condition, including packaging and certificates.
Diamond items can be exchanged only with diamond items.
While refunding, a deduction of 3% to 7.5% will be applied according to the payment method was made during the purchase.
