We currently offer delivery services within the all states of United Arab Emirates only.

Why No International Delivery
Due to the high value and sensitive nature of gold jewelry, we cannot offer international delivery at this time. This decision is based on several factors, including:

- High risk of loss or theft during transit
- Stringent customs regulations and duties applicable to gold imports
- Difficulty in ensuring the security and integrity of the products during international shipping

Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge of AED 30 will be applied to all orders. However, we offer free delivery on orders valued at AED 2,000 or more.

Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver all orders within 36-48 Hours from the date of order placement. Urgent delivery within 24 hours with Super fast courier Service will some additional charge.

Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange policy within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return and Refund Policy
We offer fully refund within 03 days of Purchase date. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or provide a store credit, subject to verification and inspection.
